Semua pelajar Ijazah Tinggi FSKTM,

Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa pelajar ijazah tinggi boleh memohon bantuan perbelanjaan tidak melebihi RM2,000 di bawah Peruntukan Pascasiswazah (PPP) untuk menghadiri persidangan yang berkualiti tinggi sebagai pembentang kertas.

Bantuan perbelanjaan persidangan hanya akan dipertimbangkan bagi pemohon yang masih berstatus pelajar dengan menyertakan:

1) Surat kelulusan menghadiri persidangan dari Timbalan Naib Canselor (Hal-elwah Pelajar) sekiranya persidangan diadakan di luar negara.

2) Notis penerimaan

3) Salinan kertas kerja

4) Maklumat tentang persidangan dan yuran pendaftaran

5) Resit (jika yuran pendaftaran telah dibayar oleh pemohon)

Pelajar Sarjana boleh memohon untuk menghadiri persidangan satu kali sahaja dalam pengajian, manakala pelajar PhD boleh memohon untuk menghadiri persidangan dua kali sahaja dalam pengajian.

Expenses Assistance for Attending Conferences under Postgraduate Research Fund

To All Postgraduate Students of FSKTM,

Please be informed that postgraduate students are allowed to apply for expenses assistance not exceeding RM2,000 under Postgraduate Research Fund for attending high-quality conferences as paper presenter.

Expenses assistance will only be considered for applicants who are still in the status as student by including:

1) The approval letter to attend the conference from Deputy Vice Chancellor (Students Affairs) if the conference is to be held outside Malaysia.

2) The acceptance notice

3) A copy of the paper

4) Information on the conference and registration fee

5) Receipt (if the registration fee has been paid by the applicant)

Masters students are allowed to apply for conference attendance once, whereas PhD students are allowed to apply for conference attendance twice during the duration of their programme.
